Primary Function

  • Learn all Digital Marketing channels broadly, but specialize in Paid Search/PLA to start.
  • Track, report, forecast, plan, and analyze all digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Execute day-to-day tactics to increase revenue, site traffic, conversions, and develop strategies, plan campaigns, manage budget, review performance, optimize campaigns and roadmaps.
  • Help manage external relationships by working with Google, Bing, and other vendors to ensure objectives are hit and new features and betas are considered.
  • Work with Onsite Search, Product Managers, UX, Merchandising, and other internal business partners to refine shared understanding of our customers and products.
  • Familiarity of SEM Best Practices to include keyword research with landing page development, meta, title tags, link building, canonical tag usage & site navigation.
  • Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, search query reports.
  • Prepare and provide Digital Marketing performance reports, analytic reports, data analysis to internal and external teams and provide action items based on findings.
  • Learn and stay current on evolving SEM tools, trends, tactics, and strategies, and educate broader organization & key stakeholders on new opportunities. 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in quantitative analysis/analytical thinking with proven ability to translate analysis into actionable and valuable insights
  • Ability to navigate and generate reports from Google Analytics, Google Suite, or similar systems.
  • Proven detail-oriented skills with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Solid organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality of results, i.e. identify the intentional grammar issues in this job description.
