 Overview:

Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full service interactive advertising agency, is looking for a Pre Sales Engineer or what we call a Digital Solutions Consultant. We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing technology and collaborating with clients identify solutions and roadmaps  that will allow them to transform the way they do digital marketing.

 

SUMMARY AND SCOPE

 

The  Digital Solutions Consultant will report to the Vice President of Personalization. This person will work with many of Rise’s most important clients, learning their data models and building a roadmap to transform their businesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Build the overall marketing platform vision and systems roadmap for key Rise clients.
  • Understand their business goals and how to craft a vision for them to achieve those goals.
  • Collaborate with technology, marketing, and business leadership with clients as well as within Rise.
  • Develop plans to improve our clients overall digital marketing platform maturity and oversees implementation of those plans.
  • Understand how to integrate data from clients with Rise and/or partner platforms to help drive to overall marketing strategy and solutions for a client
  • Serve as clients’ digital audience and eco-system integration subject matter expert
  • Develop expertise in the digital platforms our clients use to drive their marketing strategies
  • Quickly establish trust and build relationships with clients and partners and Rise leadership
Required Skills:
  • Several years of leadership experience in systems implementation and analysis including experience with digital integrations across multiple technology vendors
  • Experience implementing and/or operating relevant marketing systems and platforms such as DMPs (Lotame, Blue Kai, etc.), Email Service Providers (Exact Target, MailChimp, etc.), CRM Systems (Salesforce, Siebel, SAP, etc.) or digital marketing advertising services such as AdWords, DoubleClick, Marin, TradeDesk, etc.
  • Experience in digital advertising campaign operations, management, analytics beneficial
  • Experience integrating with Google Analytics, AdWords and DoubleClick, Bing AdCenter and Web master tools, Adobe Analytics, and other web or media analytics engines desirable
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to see the big picture while focused on short-term objectives
  • Strong collaborator with proven ability to effectively rally and inspire cross functional teams in a client facing environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant Business, Analytics or Computer Science field
  • Curiosity, tenacity and perseverance as core personal characteristics
