    Position: Director of Digital Marketing

     Tiege Hanley is an uncomplicated skin care company for men. Our mission is to make skin care simple for men. We sell the highest quality skin care products on the market, packaged as a simplified system and sold at an awesome price. We operate an e-commerce web site, Tiege.com.

    Tiege Hanley’s Marketing Team is charged with helping to create and deliver marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services.

    The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for supporting the growth of Tiege Hanley through customer acquisition and retention programs via all digital channels. They will lead the development of digital marketing strategies and tactics across Facebook, Google (search/display), YouTube, Instagram, etc. They will also leverage owned and earned media (e.g., email, Facebook followers) to engage consumers across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

    The ideal candidate with have a strong history of managing a digital team that has produced measurable outcomes across digital experiences – including online, email, social, SEO, etc. They will be data-driven with a clear understanding of the return on investment for every marketing dollar. They will understand how channels can scale over time and provide the business with effective marketing levers that will help determine company performance. 

    This role will require close partnership with our product and customer service teams to align digital efforts to our broader marketing and brand objectives.  

     Responsibilities:

    ●       Develop full-funnel marketing strategies across social/digital platforms, while shaping the content, stories, and messaging to engage prospects at all stages of the customer lifecycle.

    ●       Plan, deploy, and optimize SEM programs to achieve growth: keyword discovery, keyword expansion, ad copy, ad grouping, landing page optimization, testing, and analysis.

    ●       Implement and optimize SEO copywriting strategy to generate prominence in organic search results for Tiege.com.

    ●       Leverage 3rd party as well as proprietary ad management tools to improve campaign building/management efficiency at scale.

    ●       Manage ongoing A/B testing, including ad copy and landing page optimization to improve click through and conversion rates

    ●       Take a data-driven approach with emphasis on analysis, insight, and recommended actions, particularly as it relates to spend, conversion and ROI

    ●       Manage digital marketing budget and campaign pacing

    ●       Build a high-powered, functionally-orientated Digital Marketing team commensurate with business growth

    Requirements:

    ●   MUST HAVE 5-7 years of digital media experience

    ●   Demonstrated ability to develop digital marketing strategies and plans while leading teams to execute, report against marketing KPI’s and deliver business results

    ●   Experience in management of multiple campaigns across digital platforms with a focus on performance

    ●   Quantitative and analytical skills; knowledge of SQL prefered

    ●   High degree of competency in web based CRM software

    ●   Strong organizational and time management skills

    ●   Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ●   Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
