Our team is obsessed with making working at large companies suck less. We make software that helps large organizations understand the full depth and breadth of employee contribution by crowdsourcing data. Our software helps managers figure out who the true leaders, high performers, change agents and superstars really are. Managers use this data to make better decisions about their people, from who should lead changes to who should be retained at all costs to who should be on which teams. Our clients include some of the biggest companies, as well as some of the most prestigious non-profits. 

We are looking for team members who, like us, believe that people deserve more credit than their one annual performance review.

 

What will you do?

Syndio needs a motivated, self-starting, experienced marketing leader to drive the strategy & execution of our marketing platform for our rapidly growing team. 

In this position, you will be responsible for working closely with the leadership team to drive the marketing engine company-wide.  While this is a strategic role, it will require you to get your hands dirty with execution and implementation as we grow our team.

To bring your strategies to life, you will be responsible for building & managing your marketing team and a network of 3rd party relationships. You will have a high degree of autonomy and will be a true partner to the business. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborative definition of all marketing plans required to support company goals
  • Ownership of all marketing plan execution
  • Developing and leading the marketing team as the company grows over time
  • Identification & management of any 3rd party relationships required to support initiatives
  • Management of marketing budget & spend

The ideal candidate has:

  • 5-10 years of experience across multiple marketing roles
  • Experience marketing SaaS solutions in an enterprise B2B market
  • Experience operating within a startup environment
  • Experience defining & executing marketing plans
  • Can point to past results
  • Extensive experience with demand generation, funnel management, drip marketing, inbound & outbound marketing, and associated tools like Hubspot, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, etc.
