DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Responsibilities:

The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy with a focus on demand generation, content creation, and targeted distribution through digital media, webinars, professional organizations and conferences. They will create an outreach strategy and position Procured Health as a thought leader for our members and prospects. Responsibilities include:

Marketing Strategy: The Director of Marketing will define marketing goals, programs and metrics. They will develop and execute marketing communications and strategies to build solid brand awareness that generates qualified leads. These strategies will include 1) website content management, 2) email campaigns, 3) solutions whitepapers and briefs leveraging technology, 4) print advertising in industry publications, 5) thought leadership content (via conferences, seminars, webinars, events, studies, etc), 6) press distribution, and 7) partnerships.
 

Performance Metrics & Team Building:  The Director of Marketing will develop a system to track key performance metrics and report regularly to senior leadership. They will work with recruiting and HR to build a team to scale to activities and impact as necessary.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years prior work experience in marketing, preferably in clinical enterprise technology for healthcare systems
  • Proven track record in the design and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Strong team development and management experience. Recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience in managing a variety of digital advertising campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, print, and social
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts into clear communications via print and video media
  • You are a patient, personable and open-minded individual with a high level of maturity and excellent discretion
  • A demonstrated track record for accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines
  • You hold yourself and others to a high standard
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills
