Director of QA & Training
What You'll Do
We’re looking for an experienced claims manager with a strong understanding of State Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance Best Practices, Claims Training, and Reporting Team Performance. The Director of QA and Training will be responsible for identifying, understanding, and enforcing our carrier partner’s guidelines across our claims organization. This will be accomplished by being part of carrier on-boarding and calibration, implementing audit rubrics to monitor and measure adherence to guidelines, and design reporting and training curriculum to measure improvement in being 100% compliant to carriers' guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Implement Directives to Maintain Product Accuracy while Reducing Audit Frequency
- Monitor Staff Performance and Review Carrier and Individual Authority Limits with Directors of Operation
- Facilitate Carrier Calibration
- Digest and Deliver Carrier Audit and Calibration Feedback to QA Staff and Estimating Directors
- Implement initiates to ensure process change accuracy
- Manage QA Staff Production
- Re-Audit and Calibrate Auditor Accuracy
- Report on both QA and Production Staff Accuracy to Executive Level
- Coordinate and Lead Continued Education Training Initiatives
- Communicate QA and Training Initiatives to Both QA and Production Staff
- Coordinate with Learning & Development Manager on New Hire Training Initiatives
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience with a top 20 carrier in the QA function
- Minimum of 2 years within leadership position
- Experience in developing and implementing QA and Training Initiatives
- Strong analytical capabilities with a history of developing KPI dashboards for senior management
- Proven experience managing teams as well as managing complex processes
