We are actively seeking a Site Merchandiser with a keen eye for detail and a vibrant creative spirit to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing our website's & apps content sphere, ensuring it resonates well with our customers and aligns perfectly with our brand ethos.

Your mission, should you choose to accept:

Content Creation:

• Updating and managing content across various platforms including Tiege.com, the mobile app, and Amazon. This involves working closely with graphic designers, photographers, and aiding in the creation of product descriptions and blog content, both independently and through AI tools.

Merchandising Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy for holidays and marketing campaigns on our website and app.
• Create an online experience that effectively cross-sells and upsells products throughout the online shopping journey.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Manage the product assortment, including adding new products to the site, updating collections, and bundling products for special promotions.
• Utilize analytics tools to gather insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and product popularity, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates and drive sales growth.
• Configure Shopify, Shopify apps and other integrated platforms to enhance the user experience.
• Ensure key pages are optimized for search engines (SEO).

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams at Tiege Hanley to ensure alignment and bring fresh innovative ideas to the table to facilitate growth.

Requirements

Your Expertise:

• Creativity and Innovation: An artistic mindset, capable of curating engaging visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to content creation, ensuring consistency and high quality across all platforms.
• Quantitative: Able to use reporting tools to make data-driven decisions to optimize the online shopping experience.
• Proactive Learning: A willingness to learn and adapt, constantly staying abreast with the latest industry trends and tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• Professional Background: Some experience in a similar role, preferably utilizing Shopify within an ecommerce team.
• Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technically Inclined: Basic understanding of HTML and proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, excel) will be considered an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience working with a rapidly evolving brand will be a strong plus.
• Audience Understanding: A good understanding of our target audience, mainly male, and the ability to craft content that speaks to them.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent in a second language (French, Spanish, German) is a huge bonus!
