WHO ARE YOU

You are experienced email marketer with a testing mentality that thrives on analyzing results and optimizing programs to improve campaign outcomes. You’ll work alongside those on the front lines of the provider solutions team to stay connected to the voice of the customer, and will manage and execute email campaigns to grow and engage our provider solutions community, driving impact and action. As the email marketing specialist, it’s essential that you have a strong understanding of email marketing concepts including drip campaigns, triggered sends, retargeting, etc. Building out, automating, executing and optimizing email communications for different segments of our healthcare provider community will be an important part of this role. 

You have a passion for delivering the right information at the right time to the right person, to achieve the best possible outcome, and thrive in a culture of innovation. You will drive end to end execution of all email marketing programs, from newsletters to lead generation and cross-selling campaigns. Experience with HTML, CSSS, email deliverability rules, as well as familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus. You understand the importance of delivering relevant information and driving value through communication, and will always seek new technologies and have a passion for learning. The role will manage multiple campaigns and will be responsible for calendar planning, copy and creative consultation, production management, timelines, and approvals. Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of email marketing automation experience required
  • Experience with marketing automation a must, Pardot preferred
  • Understand of system rules, filters, segmentation, scoring model, revenue stages and flows and CRM platform capabilities
  • Experience with email and survey tools such as Qualtrics & SurveyMonkey
  • Confident in multitasking and delivering projects on or before a deadline (includes strong ability to work under tight deadlines occasionally)
  • Track, optimize and report on key metrics, including open rate, CTR, pipeline movement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
