• Manage all aspects of email campaigns, including developing, testing and execution. Establish a strong QA process and ensure mobile/cross-device consistency of email through usability testing
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of our emails. Work with Sr. Manager CRM to develop and execute email engagement strategy to drive to retention and repeat purchases at a reasonable cost
• Regularly perform A/B tests on segmentation, subject lines, copy, offers and layout to drive improved results. Provide ongoing reporting along with recommendations on how to optimize future campaigns
• Segment audience lists based on behaviors (past email engagement and purchases, etc) and work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email send
• Monitor ESP database to quickly identify and resolve any data issues
• Partner with Creative Team to determine visual appearance of emails and create engaging image assets that drive results
• Develop personalized, relevant, email content working collaboratively across teams
• Stay up to date on the latest trends of email marketing and best practices, and provide thought leadership to our team and across the business

• Previous experience with email marketing and a track record of executing successful marketing programs
• Experience managing an ESP, such as Mailchimp and solid working knowledge of HTML as it applies to email
• Experience with excel as well as other analytics tools (GA, Looker, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Insights driven - you will continuously test, measure and optimize
• You love email marketing and are up-to-date on latest trends.
• Quick learner – self-motivated, able to multi-task, not afraid to ask questions
