We are looking for an Entry Level Programming interested in developing sophisticated engineering skills as part of a multiple discipline team.   Our team works in PHP, Javascript, Python, and Ruby utilizing the best tool for any particular task.  In this training position you will initially be exposed to PHP in an object oriented environment for backend development, Javascript for front end development and Javascript on AWS in node.js for cloud deployments.  After 3 months in our training program you will be assigned to an engineering team and after 6 months you will be eligible for a salary increase.  

To be successful in this role, you have the following qualities:

• Entry level knowledge of at least one programming language plus HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery.   Knowledge of Javascript as a programming language is a requirement for this position. This position is open to Wordpress professionals and Web Developers looking to make the leap to full stack software engineering.
• You are comfortable with open source development environments utilizing the Linux operating system and software development using a Mac or PC.
• You have a computer science or management information systems degree or equivalent experience plus hands on time developing code as a hobby, in a developer boot camp environment, or on the job.
• If you love building websites, coding on the weekends, playing with technology, learning new things then this is an ideal position for you.  After a year at Dialogtech you will be an experienced software engineer.

Ideally, you’ve been there and done this before - built a website utilizing HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery.   You have written thousands of lines of code even if just for fun.   You have an account on github.  You are interested in creating cutting edge applications and want an opportunity to work in multiple programming languages.
