Finance Manager

Full-time

Responsibilities:

Prepare, reconcile and post day-to-day to general ledger

Prepare monthly, quarterly and Annual financial Reports

Manage outsourced functions (audit, insurance, payroll, financial due diligence requests)

Liaise with external accountants to ensure company is compliant with state and federal government reporting and tax filings requirements for each subsidiary

Assist with revenue and expense forecasts and budgets

Daily Cash preparation and related journal entries.

Responsibility of all Accounts Payable

Oversee Accounts Receivable and Collections

Assist with Cash Flow management

Work with each senior team leader to focus on cost control

Special Reporting as required for Board Meetings, Financiers etc.

Skills/Qualifications:

3 or more years of accounting experience

Power Quickbooks user

Personable and friendly, with a “no job is too large or small” attitude

Strong knowledge of US GAAP

Advanced abilities in Excel

Excellent organizational skills; detailed; flexible; deadline driven

Salesforce experience preferred
