Requirements:

Experience with Financial Statements (P&L)
Financial Reporting
Assist with Month-End Close
Variance and Trend Analysis
Ad Hoc Projects
Excellent Communication Skills
Detail Oriented
3-5 years of experience
Proficient in Excel
Mortgage Company experience a plus but not required
Finance Degree strongly preferred


Responsibilities:

Review and Analyze all cost center Revenue and Expenses for accuracy

Prepare and distribute monthly P&L’s. 

Communicate results with management, including researching and answering questions.
