• Obviously write a great deal of Javascript (including React), HTML, and CSS, but also...
• Improve our front end testing practices
• Work with designers to create landing pages and email templates, then implement them
• Collaborate with Product and the rest of the engineering team to enforce consistent interactions across the web application
• Conduct hallway usability tests
• Suggest improvements in the way we leverage our existing toolkit
• As a member of the .com team, contribute to planning and execution efforts across the web application as needed

• An expert understanding of HTML, CSS/LESS/SCSS, and browser rendering are strictly required.
• High proficiency with Javascript and well on your way toward gaining expertise. You keep up to date with the latest ECMAScript.
• Strong familiarity with existing front end frameworks to include UI components, Javascript libraries and frameworks, font libraries, and grid systems
• You'll be working with most of the following, so an understanding or familiarity with some of them would help: React, Webpack, and Yarn/Npm.
• An obsession to create the optimal user experience
