DialogTech is seeking an exceptional Graphic and Web Designer & Developer who is the total package -- skilled in designing and building a wide range of online and print projects, efficient at hitting deadlines, with an amazing attitude, and a passion for coming up with breakthrough designs to separate our company from the pack. Your essential duties and responsibilities will include:

• As a creative leader within the organization, continually pushing the team and organization to elevate our design executions and create a look-and-feel for the company that stands out.

• Craft professional, eye-catching, and brand-enhancing online and offline marketing materials using a combination of text, graphics, video and interactive elements that engages consumers and stimulates demand for our products.

• Design and create amazing promotional material for marketing initiatives, i.e. web pages, icons, banner ads, sales collateral, infographics, email marketing, demo videos, webinars, white paper templates, research reports, trade show materials and booth assets, and much more.

• Ensure all materials live up to our brand standards while working to continually develop and extend our brand identity.

• Work with the Sales and Marketing organizations to support the develop of materials used as part of the sales process.

• Structure/organize own work and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Collaborate with marketing to create marketing assets that meet our goals

• Translate designs into a range of formats and platform-specific requirements

• Work with budget and time constraints

Experience, skills & qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic/creative web design or a related field of study

• 5-8  years of related professional experience

• Excellent design skills. experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is required

• Experience with Microsoft and Google Apps

• Superb creative skills; capable of translating ideas into powerful imagery and messaging

• Experience with/knowledge of HTML/CSS  and creating WordPress templates, themes, etc.

• Experience designing for the web and knowledge of UI/UX standards

• Must be comfortable with website and landing page implementation and modifications

• A self-motivated, high-energy team player with the innate willingness to learn and to take ownership of a wide variety of projects

• An individual who thrives in a fast past and rapidly changing environment

• Real passion for high quality/accuracy in design standards and an attention to details

• Strong knowledge of print, pre-press, and digital production
