Infrastructure Engineer

The Infrastructure Engineer will have wide ranging responsibilities in contributing to Uptake’s infrastructure design and implementation of infrastructure supporting Uptake’s Corporate Office(s), Datacenter, and Cloud server environments.
Key Accountabilities:
- Implement infrastructure solutions to meet Uptake’s fast growing/changing business needs.
- Manage Datacenter infrastructure and infrastructure required at Uptake’s Chicago Headquarters.
- Monitor and contribute to Infrastructure capacity and stability plans.
- Other technical duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience.
- Strong IT experience - 5 years.
- 3-5 years of technical experience implementing various infrastructure components: Server Infrastructure, Virtualization technologies, Storage and Backup solutions, and Network hardware.
- Converged infrastructure experience is a strong plus.

- Very strong technical implementation skills.
