is seeking an enthusiastic Instructional Design intern to join our
Talent and Organizational Development team in Chicago at Tribune Tower.
You will be working closely with the Talent and Organizational
Development department to assist with training across all our markets.
This is a 12 week paid internship – timeline is flexible.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with E-learning authoring
- Assist with the course needs analysis.
- IDD (Instructional Design Document) creation.
- Course development.
- Upload SCORM files to LMS and publish course.
- Assist with LMS Management
- Add new courses. Remove old courses.
- Assist learners with LMS or course related questions.
- Administrative duties including running reports, responding to learner questions, general LMS maintenance, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently working towards an undergraduate degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have an enthusiasm for training and learning.
- Must have a basic understanding of instructional design best practices.
- Familiarity with E-Learning authoring tools is a plus.
