Junior Administrator Intern

We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Administrator Intern with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment to join our Salesforce.com team. The candidate will possess strong project management, organization and communication skills in a team environment. The Junior Administrator Intern will partner with our Salesforce Solution Manager and other members of our top performing team to identify and execute tactical and operational tasks. The emphasis will be on the administration and coordination of supporting sales efforts and management of all sales and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce, Marketo, Ringlead, Salesloft and more.
This position will report directly to our Salesforce Solution Manager and is located downtown Chicago at 300 West Adams Street. This is a paid internship and the top candidate must be able to commit 15-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities:
- Support key CRM projects as required, including documentation of business requirements
- Provide first-level support to the field, including issue identification and resolution/escalation
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests, and optimize the user experience related to Reports and Dashboards.
- 1:1 office hours – user training (Face-to-Face)
- Design documents/ process workflow documentation
- New user Setup/User profile Maintenance/ Access Termination
- Gathering Notes/ Action items form weekly project update meetings / cross –departmental
- Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage (and other related sales tools)
- Maintaining data quality, supporting efforts including data loading, record de-duplication, and related tasks
- Organize, report, track and update Sales pipeline activity utilizing Salesforce
- Additional administrative support for Sales and other company team members as needed
- Lead by example by demonstrating Vibes’ Core Values at all times
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Jr or Sr college student perusing a degree in MIS, computer science, related discipline or equivalent experience
- Administrative support experience but not necessary
- Superior MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Knowledge of CRM strategy and systems
- Comfortable with problem solving and making recommendations to improve current process
- Professional, reliable, driven and results-oriented
- Strong communication, project management and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
- Motivated self-started, detail-oriented and enthusiastic; able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Able to develop strong interpersonal relationships among cross-functional groups and throughout various levels of management
- Must be able to generate sensible, realistic, practical solutions to problems
