We are seeking a Junior .Net Developer. 

A proactive, and creative self-starter, who will be a resource to our employees. This is an in-office position, with standard hours Monday – Friday. Over the course of a week your duties could include, but are not limited to:

·         Ability to follow project specifications to complete tasks.

·         Assist support by providing fixes for issues reported by customers.

·         Effectively follow Model View Controller development methodologies and processes that are defined.

·         Capable of successfully applying techniques of programming and data structuring to specific problems and requests.

·         Ability to write standard operating procedures as assigned by the manager.  

·         Be a resource to your Smokeball team so that everyone can be productive in the field.

·         Laugh and learn every day with your Smokeball teammates.

• 1-3 years of commercial development experience with C#, MVC and WPF.
• Experience with .NET framework.
• Experience with GIT source control management system.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas amongst team members of various technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate work.   
• Solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts.  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. .
• Experience within the legal technology field a plus. 
• Patience, and integrity approaching each situation with a fresh outlook and our organization’s reputation in mind.
• A proactive nature, who looks to find solutions to problems instead of just reacting to them, or solving them to complete a call.
• A Team player.

Our Junior .NET Developer position is a full-time position and is conveniently located in downtown Chicago with convenient access to CTA and Metra stations.  Smokeball offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
