LearnCore is looking for passionate, self-driven junior QA & Support Associate to uphold the quality of the LearnCore product. Your main responsibilities will include testing all aspects to the LearnCore product suite including web, mobile, integrations, API’s and all providing technical support when necessary. 

 REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of QA or technical support experience 
• Bachelors’ degree
• Experience conducting manual and automated regression tests
• A deep knowledge of mobile, and web testing frameworks
• Make disciplined use of Jira or bug tracking systems
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with subscription-based business apps
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
