While working with the Product Experience Manager, the Lead Designer role will be responsible for owning the visual and interactive experience between the end user and our products. As an integral part of an agile team, the Lead Designer will collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and our Solutions Engineers to ensure their vision comes to pixel­-perfect fruition!

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required
• Interactive portfolio detailing process and involvement in each project
• Holds 3­-5 years experience creating designs through every step in the creative
  process­­from wireframes and prototypes to enterprise­-ready software and websites
• Experience in outlining and leading design initiatives
• Proficiency in Sketch, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Possesses the ability to create big­-picture visions but also a willingness to see nitty­-gritty
  details through to completion
• Must view design as an iterative process and be flexible and confident enough to
  weather critique and explore other ideas and options
• Must be able to clearly articulate ideas with other Product team members, Engineers,
  and Analysts
• Pushes to make data­-driven decisions whenever possible
• Ideal candidate is passionate about design, active in the field, and enjoys continuous
  learning and networking with other designers
• Has a sense of humor and is able to keep cool when under pressure!

• Attend daily stand-ups to ensure work in progress meets design expectations
• Play a key role influencing the product strategy and illustrating the product lifecycle
  through planning and backlog grooming sessions
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Product team(s) to ensure ideas meet technical and business requirements
• Perform whiteboard concepting and brainstorming sessions, produce scenarios, wireframes and mock­ups to evaluate and communicate designs
• Maintain design standards across new products while improving existing experiences
• Occasionally support Marketing initiatives by creating compelling visual representations
  of products
