Marketing and Communications Chief of Staff

What You'll Do:
As a Marketing and Communications Chief of Staff, you will be a valued member of our internal team assisting with day-to-day operations and new project initiatives. You would report directly to our Senior Advisor for Marketing and work on many projects both strategically long-term and short term.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Advisor on strategy and the design and development of various presentations, documents, speeches externally and internally.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and implement key MarComm and Uptake strategies and activation plans.
- Work with MarComm leadership to create measurable short and long term goals for the team and its work.
- Lead project management for Marketing and Communications programs and initiatives.
- Manage and escalate project challenges and issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
- Leverage best practices from industry in influencing and driving operational improvements.
- Analyze trends and consolidate data/information to present for review with primary stakeholders and drive decisions based on data and analysis.
- Proactively identify and communicate business issues, work with Senior Leadership team, MarComm and Leadership teams in Technology, product marketing and Sales/Business teams collaboratively and proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience in strategy, operations and secondarily project management with Marketing, Strategy or Communications focus
- Experience in high tech/start-up/software-focused environment
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience working cross functionally and ability to hold team members accountable for success without a formal reporting structure
- Strategic, analytical and data driven problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience in change management and helping to scale organizations
