We combine the expertise of personal stylists, a broad selection of designer apparel, and a custom-built technology platform to enable personal and personalized service for our members. Our team of over 1000 people is based in Chicago, Dallas, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and New York City. The company was founded in 2009 and we're just getting warmed up.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, knows how to manage and execute tactical media plans and is energetic about helping evolve our capabilities to drive strong and efficient customer growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO EVERYDAY

  • Manage the day to day details needed to build, deploy and optimize campaigns across all marketing channels
  • Support execution of various initiatives, such as those aimed at driving acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Support tactical execution of demand generating marketing tactics across multiple channels including Facebook, Twitter, Google Search, Podcasts, Print, Digital Radio and misc brand marketing activities
  • Manage results measurement, optimization and follow up reporting
  • Manage vendor relationships within all of our paid channels to get the most out of them and keep things running smoothly
  • Build comprehensive dashboards that track channel and campaign KPIs to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly trend and performance reports

What your background might look like:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital/acquisition marketing and/or highly quantitative and measurable role
  • Experience with Adwords, Facebook Business, Doubleclick, and other advertising platforms a plus
  • Experience with programmatic display, affiliate and native online advertising
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and results-oriented but still be an excellent team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires one to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and active listening skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
