So what do we want from you?

Here’s what’s important:

• You’re maniacal about details and super interested in data driven marketing.
• Execute marketing campaigns including but not limited to monthly consumer newsletter, market updates, internal campaigns, behavioral campaigns, one-off email campaigns, and drip nurture campaigns
• Work with design team to implement email tracking within the creative
• Connect email content with segmented audience within email tool to execute campaign
• You like goals, deadlines and changing pace on a dime – that’s just a typical day for you.

• We’re OCD about list hygiene, segmentation, privacy, spam regulation and deliverability, and you’re curious enough to learn and execute campaigns within these best practices
• Manage email browser compatibility – I mean really, it has to actually work for everyone and look great on all devices – desktop, tablet, smartphone

Here’s the experience we’d like you to have:

• We’d like some email marketing experience (and content management experience doesn’t hurt)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Great management of multiple priorities
• It’s the 21st Century, you should know the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Not afraid to geek out over numbers and the reporting of them
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics is a plus
• You’re looking to grow in a digital marketing role
• Last but not least, you’re positive and love spreading the good vibes
