The Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing efforts - both online and offline. From performance and e-mail marketing to guerilla marketing ideas, you will help fuel client acquisition and sales branding efforts for all things OfficeLuv.

ABOUT YOU

• You have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills and want to show 'em off!
• You've been in the Marketing realm for at least 5 years
• You're highly motivated and have an entrepreneurial ambition 
• You're organized, detail-oriented and timeline driven
• You’re an “outside of the box” thinker who is constantly seeking a new and improved way to engage an audience
• You've demonstrated the ability to build, execute and scale marketing programs
• You have experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Unbounce as well as performance marketing platforms (ie. AdWords, etc.)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead/oversee marketing and sales branding efforts for OfficeLuv
• Drive lead generation and branding from a combination of online and offline activities
• Work with other sales channels - direct sales, enterprise sales and business development to create effective strategy plans
• Incorporate data and other analytics into your processes to ensure time and money is being spent on the appropriate resources and projects
• Establish marketing project schedules and manage progress/personnel involved to ensure a timely execution
• Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly milestones and goals
