Position Summary

Responsible for managing all aspects of performance and adherence to workflow standards across Guaranteed Rate lead programs. Also, responsible for assisting in administration of lead management system. This includes staff supervision, accountability, communication of policy and procedure, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for operational and sales efficiencies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop & Optimize Procedures. Scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow.
  • Heavy analysis of lead performance metrics to properly allocate internal demand, guide sales efficiency, and ensure accountability of sales staff involved in lead programs.
  • Decide which projects, Velocify (CRM) & campaigns, the team should focus on for sales in an aggressive timeline to reach those goals.
  • Product Improvement. Actively search for new features, training, and policies which could improve a loan officer’s performance in the lead programs.
  • Evaluate opportunities and market the benefits of lead programs with management to grow the initiative.
  • Sales Support. Manage the day-to-day administration of Velocify and field support questions.
