Codifyd is searching for an outgoing and energetic self-starter with a passion for marketing and sales to join our Document Conversion team.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with marketing team to produce eye-catching designs on marketing collateral


• Market researching in relation to competitors and potential customers, and researching opportunities for bid submissions


• Assisting in developing and executing campaigns


• Project management


• Planning and executing sales outreach initiatives including communication with City, County, State and Federal agencies


• Keeping up-to-date and complete analytics of marketing initiatives


• Handling special projects as assigned


• Communicating on an as-needed basis with the marketing team regarding project and priorities


• Updating the team with weekly status reports of projects


• The coordinator will be an integral part of the team, and will be a key component to the growth

Job Requirements:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, or related field


• Strong creative writing and verbal communication skills, and strong editing and proofreading skills


• Ability to manage and create content quickly and professionally


• Excellent writing and communication skills


• Open minded with a desire to learn


• Interest in keeping up with the latest sale and marketing trends


• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively


• Solid understanding of Google Docs, Facebook, Twitter, Social Media Scheduling Software, LinkedIn

Commitment:

This position is about a 10-20 hr/week position. Hourly pay is negotiable and class credit is available upon request. Coordinators that succeed in closing deals will receive a percentage in commission
