What You'll Do:

As the Mission Lead, you’ll serve as the leader of our healthcare vertical, building and growing this business through our iconic healthcare partnership. You’ll work with Product Strategy, Corp Dev, Sales and other teams to compile and analyze market research, develop a go-to-market strategy, and implement a collaborative software solution for the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Craft product strategy alongside our healthcare iconic partnership to uncover disruptive opportunities in the industry that will create massive business value


• Lead a go-­to-market strategy across the vertical


• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to identify problems, design solutions, and share and describe the solutions with a broad range of stakeholders


• Identify, qualify and pursue strategic partnerships across the healthcare industry with providers, payors and pharmaceutical companies


• Build and lead the healthcare mission team to execute on the product and commercialization strategy

Qualifications:

• Experience building a business, either within an existing business or on your own


• Demonstrated strong market knowledge, credibility, and relationships in the healthcare industry with 15+ years of experience, with clinical lab and in vitro diagnostics experience a plus


• A collaborative mindset, and a strong record of building partner and client relationships, as well as internal relationships with colleagues


• Intimate knowledge of digital health and the trends that are shaping the future of the industry


• Strong project management skills, including a proven ability to think through all aspects of a process and structure, manage long-­term projects, and multi­task


• Superior written and verbal communication skills—especially a strong ability to translate between
technical and business stakeholders


• Familiarity with concepts and technologies around Big Data analytics, predictive analytics, and the Internet of Things


• A sense of humor, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion to create software products to disrupt how healthcare services are delivered around the world
