What we are looking for:
We’d like to add a Mongo Database Administrator to our Database and Reporting Team and we’d like to know if you think you fit the bill. You will if you:

Ideally we would like someone with 3-5 years of experience or exceptional new graduates with the following skills:
- Mongo DB DBA Expertise – 3.0 or above
- Linux OS
- DBMS Mgt Tool Set
- Sharding / Replica Sets
- JSON
- Disaster Recovery / High Availability
- Scripting experience (Java, Perl, Python etc.)
- Strong communication Skills
What you can expect to be doing:
- Serve as part of the Database Team in developing, implementing, and maintaining next generation database systems
- Provide Services in administration and performance monitoring of Database related systems, delivering optimal efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Develop system administration standards and procedures to maintain
consistent practices - Support backup and recovery strategies
- Provide, assist and participate in the creative process to improving architectural designs and implement new architectures
- Monitor and proactively support capacity planning and analysis
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and proactively tune databases and workloads
