What you will do

• Manage team conference room calendars: Dexter’s Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, Thundercats and Inspector Gadget
• Coordinate with our national and international team members when they come to Chicago for a visit to Strike HQ and manage our corporate apartment
• Collaborate with leadership within each department to understand the team’s purchasing needs and make these purchases
• Wear multiple hats, as you will be working closely with the operations team to ensure everything’s running smoothly
