The Offline Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analytical support and reporting for offline media marketing campaigns and other brand marketing campaigns. The analyst will also be responsible for data engineering support for our media mix modelling. The role will report to the Director of Offline Analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to self-start and self-direct in an unstructured environment

  • Demonstrated ability to translate loosely defined business questions into clearly defined technical and data specifications

  • Excellent business partnering, influencing and presentation skills

  • Thrives working on multiple projects and cross-functional teams

  • Ability to present complicated data and models simply and beautifully

  • Design statistical tests to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns

  • Report and provide insights on offline channel performance and other brand marketing campaigns such as online video or direct mail

  • Supporting ad-hoc analysis requests to evaluate strategic opportunities

  • Design reporting tools to enable self service for repeatable data‐driven decision making

  • Develop media insights to guide strategy for marketing communications

  • Monitor both top line and bottom line impact of programs against customer acquisition, revenue and ROI goals

Skills and Qualifications
  • MS, MBA, CPA or advanced preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field

  • Strong analytical & statistical skills

  • Experience with writing SQL, especially on messy data

  • Hands on experience with reporting/dashboarding tools such as Tableau

  • Experience with statistical software packages (R, SAS, SPSS)

  • Knowledge of data warehousing, data management practices, and business intelligence

  • Experience with Teradata or other database systems

  • Experience with advanced Excel functionality

  • Experience with marketing and email experimentation and related statistics
