Mac & Mia was founded by Marie Tillman. After the birth of her son, and as a working mom, she was struggling to find beautiful, high-quality kids clothing options without spending a ton of time shopping. Mac & Mia was created as Marie began to discover and curate unique kids styles from boutique brands around the world. Today, Mac & Mia saves busy parents time while delivering a fun and convenient shopping experience for families.
Mac & Mia customers take a brief style quiz before requesting a box for their child. They are then paired with a stylist who handpicks 6-8 items for the child. The items are shipped and the customer can keep what they love and send back the rest. Mac & Mia currently serves children from ages newborn to 6 years old.
Paid Acquisition Manager:
Mac & Mia is looking for a digital marketing rock star to join the team. The Paid Acquisition Manager will lead the development and implementation of paid marketing and advertising campaigns, track their results, and make recommendations to the executive team for strategy, experimentation, and budgets to achieve projected growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Day to day management of paid user acquisition campaigns in various channels including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Adwords, and Pinterest
Build out new campaigns based on learnings and opportunities for growth
Determine and maintain daily spend, monitor and report ROI
Work with creative team to develop effective campaign assets and messaging
Work with analytics team to evaluate results, run A/B tests, and work toward optimization for various goals and audiences
Assist marketing team with other initiatives when necessary
Qualifications:
Deeply familiar with the digital marketing landscape and analytics tools
4+ years of experience successfully running PPC / online marketing campaigns with focus on ROI, ideally in an e-commerce environment
Advanced experience with SEM (specifically Adwords), SEO, Paid Social (with a focus on Facebook and Instagram ads), A/B testing and CRO
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Power Editor
In-depth understanding of custom audience creation and lookalike audiences
Demonstrated expertise converting traffic into registered users/leads and users to revenue
Experience running many simultaneous tests in multiple channels/areas
Able and willing to both create and manage content and creative across multiple channels
A data-driven mindset and the ability to create, analyze, and recommend from KPIs as well as generate reports for the executive team
Bonus points for proficiency with: Javascript (Vue.js or similar framework), SQL (Postgres), Google Analytics, Sketch, Photoshop
