As the Paid Search Senior Analyst, you’ll primarily be focused on the day to today management of our Google, Bing & Yahoo! Search and Shopping campaigns.  You will report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing and will also play a crucial role in forecasting and development of our business via paid media.

What you’ll do:

  • Work directly with the Director of Digital Marketing to establish KPI’s, report results and forecast/plan media strategies
  • Oversee project activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure on-time completion of planned tasks
  • Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Paid Search campaigns in Google AdWords, Yahoo!, Bing, and other search engines
  • Utilize successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management to hit goals and efficiency metrics (ROAS, CPA)
  • Leverage and develop proficiencies with SEM tools and resources
  • Develop campaign copy/creative and keyword expansion opportunities
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, creative and landing pages to increase ROAS and drive incremental volume
  • Provide regular insights detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
  • Monitor industry/competitive trends

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of Paid Search experience
  • Experience with 3rd party tracking and serving technology related to SEM (Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick Search, etc.)
  • Strong analytics experience (ex. Google Analytics, Omniture)
  • Attribution knowledge
  • Digital agency experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to QA and follow-through
  • Ability to clearly communicate strategy, expectations and results
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work closely within a team structure
