Job Description

Over the last several years the product list for STATS has grown by leaps and bounds. We’ve expanded our coverage to hundreds of additional leagues and thousands of games. As such, the number of product SKUs has grown in kind. We are seeking an individual who will help to own and manage our product portfolio, and the detailed aspects thereof.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the pricing strategy, interfacing with technical teams, providing business requirements for implementing the strategy, and delivering complete reporting and analysis solutions
• Analyze business drivers such as pricing trends in the competitive environment and translate them into suggested actions and applicable projects
• Define project scope, strategy, resources, objectives, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success
• Evaluate production costs to develop pricing strategies
• Understand the impact of pricing on profit margins
• Develop and define pricing structures
• Coordinate with sales, product and marketing personnel to build pricing models
• Lead solution design, roll out, and documentation, focusing on business processes and workflows
• Maintain and track project risks and issues, and manage risk mitigation plans
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
• Use data modeling and other analytical techniques to develop predictive models to drive the business
• Provide project progress reports to project team, stakeholders, and management

Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or Specializations in Pricing Analysis
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in pricing, product management, business analytics, or comparable analytics positions
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and develop comprehensive strategies to solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences and all levels of management
• A consultative approach, with experience either in-house as a project manager or as a consultant for a firm
• Proven project management skills with coordination across multiple teams
• Track record of developing best practices and championing greater operational efficiency and effectiveness
