Responsibilities:

• Defines the product vision and maintains a roadmap of prioritized features that exceed customer expectations
• Regularly creates and grooms product feature scorecard and backlog that invents new ways to facilitate visualization and analysis of marketing data for non-technical end-users
• Works closely with digital marketing professionals and account representatives to identify business needs and reviews alignment with overall product strategy
• Collaborates with and helps lead dedicated scrum team over bi-weekly sprints to deliver and support scalable product solutions
• Defines operational processes to efficiently onboard new customers / users of their product and collaborates with product support and account teams to institutionalize methods.
• Trains users on product and ensures wide awareness of product value within Rise through product roadmap roadshows, presentations and online updates.
• Stays abreast of new and innovative trends in the digital marketing industry
• Prepares and communicates product status/progress within Innovation team and across the entire Rise organization as well as with Executive leadership
• Mentors other product managers on roadmap and backlog grooming, user story creation, customer/stakeholder requirements gathering
• Collaborates with Innovation leadership to continually evolve our product development and agile delivery methods.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of product experience; special consideration given to candidates with experience in highly analytical oriented products and/or digital marketing
• Experience creating a new product from the ground up
• Experience collaborating with and leading UX interaction designers and front-end developers to create compelling product prototypes and features
• Superior listening, presentation, and writing skills
• Writing effective and clear user stories, conducting requirements & feedback gathering sessions with executives/customers/stakeholders.
• Effective at self managing work and priorities; thrives and invents structure in an evolving, amorphous start up environment
• Has shipped at least two highly complex products leading a cross functional scrum team.
• Ability to equally articulate business value of product roadmap features through quantitative measures and qualitative use cases as well as discussing technological approaches and tradeoffs with software and test engineers.
• Performing acceptance testing of user stories
• Ability to identify and resolve team impediments in an constructive a supportive manner
