What You'll Do:
- Work with product managers to understand business objectives and customer needs, and help translate that understanding into product backlogs using principles of Agile and Lean product development.
- Work closely with product development teams to prepare product backlogs for sprint and release planning. Conduct research on new features, technologies, and approaches as needed to support product development teams.
- Participate in discovery sessions with product managers, solutions architects, and user experience designers to help define and create product solutions for Uptake’s partners.
- Collaborate with architects and solutions engineers to validate that Uptake product solutions meet customer needs. Develop a deep understanding of the Uptake platform in order to identify and communicate the impact of industry solutions to stakeholders.
- Construct and monitor key product metrics to inform product gaps and opportunities. Work with product managers to help define key performance indicators for new initiatives.
- Continuously monitor technology trends and competitive offerings to help the Uptake product team stay on top of its game.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of progressive responsibility in their role
- Clearly articulated interest in product management career path
- Product internships or other impressive collegiate work
