ParkWhiz is seeking a Product Business Analyst to grow its industry leading position in the eParking market. We’re on the verge of becoming a large consumer brand and this is an opportunity to shape the way the world sees the service. As part of the product team, this role will help influence how the company creates impactful/engaging experiences and have the potential to grow into a product management role.

We need someone who will
  • Apply different techniques to facilitate meetings and workshops, create a shared understanding with stakeholders, and engage team-members without using reams of paper or electronic documents 
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, account management, sales, and product team at different levels to decompose large epic stories into features and user stories that can be understood and approved by members of the development team
  • Perform quality testing of the product prior to new product releases
  • Troubleshoot product issues and improve the product over time
  • Creation and management of user stories that clearly communicate detailed functionality and architecture
  • Assist with the creation of wireframes that clearly convey product features and functionality to a product designer
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales on any required product rollout training and marketing materials
What You Bring to the Table: 
  • Ability to assess and breakdown high level concepts into actionable projects
  • Strong experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria to express requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage team members/stakeholders and communicate business expectations to the technical development expert in ways they can produce desired outcome
  • A growth mindset and natural curiosity to understand user needs
  • Ability to rapidly produce great results, independently manage and prioritize work effectively, and proactively escalate workload conflicts
  • Proven self starter who is comfortable in a fast paced environment with short feedback loops
  • 1-2 years working with software development teams; can work effectively within agile frameworks and understands how to deliver requirements to a dev team
  • Sense of urgency and drive
  • Strong task management skills with your own workload as well as managing team member tasks to success
  • Great written and verbal communicator. Able to clearly tell a story and how it serves the customer
