We are looking for a Director of Product Design to lead and manage our growing design team in the Chicago office. You will be a part of a focused and passionate management team that has grown the business at a rate of 50% year. You will be challenged to accelerate this growth by building our design practice to be known as the leading digital products practice locally and across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, define, and mature the digital design practice
• Grow and lead the design team by hiring 2 to 3 new members each quarter
• Maintain a high utilization for the team and assist the sales team in pursuing new business
• Be a tireless advocate for the user and evangelize the importance of user feedback, and data-driven decision making in informing great design
• Contribute to company design thought leadership 

• 10 years of experience as a user experience and design professional
• 2 years of experience leading, managing design teams
• Design portfolio with examples of digital product design, and information visualization
• Ability to travel up to 20%
