About the Role

As an Eved Product Manager, you will work with both clients and internal client-facing team members to understand, track, evaluate, and report on requested product enhancements. You should have the ability to build a business case to articulate and defend a new feature or enhancement. You will prioritize features to ensure Eved releases products and capabilities that meet client requirements. In this role, you will develop project schedule and milestones, manage and report on progress against plan and identify and manage project risks and issues. You must have the ability to train enterprise team members on new enhancements and be able to answer in-depth complex product questions.

  • You have a friendly attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
  • You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • You are detail-oriented and very organized
  • You are able to work independently and you are also an excellent team player
  • You're new to product management or looking to transition from a client role to a development team.

Your Experience:

  • 1-3 years of software product management or client account management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science with client-facing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge of cloud based technology and/or software as a service
  • Experience in one or more of the following a plus: Event or hospitality industry, procurement, financial software systems, or tech startup
  • Experience using Jira, Desk.com and other ticketing systems a plus
