WHO WE NEED:

We are looking for a Product Manager with a background in consumer electronics, information technology or medical devices to drive the vision and execution of SwipeSense product offerings.

PRIMARY ROLE:

Responsible for ensuring our Hand Hygiene product continues to meet the requirements of the market, our users and our business. Responsible for developing and executing on product roadmap with the goal of accelerating market adoption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities; develop the product road map and set feature priorities.
  • Responsible for analyzing market conditions and defining new features through market research supported by on-going visits to healthcare facilities
  • Conduct user research through interviews, observations and surveys of healthcare professionals to teach our growing team about awesome new opportunities for our company
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop hypothesis-driven feature requirements and specifications on regular engineering sprint cadence.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering team on sprint execution, providing vision and direction on key decisions that will impact user experience.
  • Define and track metrics critical to the success of product features using Tableau or other data science software.
  • Plan and support rollout of new releases, including but not limited to training sales, marketing, support, implementation, and other teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human-Centered Design, Computer Science or product management related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience with consumer electronics, information technology or medical devices
  • Demonstrated expertise developing feature level product requirements documentation, preferably in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Experience with platform product management a plus
