Overview:

Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full service interactive advertising agency, is looking to hire an Product Manager into the Innovation team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual contributor that is excited about joining a new Innovation department and contributing professionally to an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.

Summary and Scope:

The Product Manager is responsible for working with the Innovation team and other business stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of new features into the Connex Platform at Rise Interactive . They will bring an ‘own-it’ attitude to to building and delivering product feeds that provide remarkable experiences and superior results to our clients. Additionally, this person will work to ensure that all platform documentation is up to date. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detailed-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can critically evaluate information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities:

• Lead feature/functional development covering all phases of development
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria needed to deliver features to production.
• Manage the backlog and sprint commitments, to ensure we are delivering new features as quickly as possible
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze needs, and deliver programs that exceed expectations.
• Participate in the user acceptance testing of new features
• Evaluate and gather product KPI metrics for review with Product Management and Executives to ensure product is performing as needed
• Work with Product Operations team on product training and evaluation of issues that have been escalated to that team.
• Triage and prioritize defects and user feedback for productionalized features through collaboration with support teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leaders and development team through all stages of development.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to develop Sales & Marketing collateral that highlights the value and benefits of Connex to marketers.
• Public presentations to company and clients showcasing Connex’s capabilities and value.
