We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Leapfrog Online team. If you have expertise in software platforms or technical products – great! If any of those products were in the digital marketing realm – even better! Responsibilities: 

As the Product Manager you will truly be the champion of your product vision:

• Partner with stakeholders (and leadership) to distill detailed product roadmaps, as well as working with the Product Team to align that roadmap to overall platform objectives
• Facilitate and define functional and technical requirements and logically organize, communicate and prioritize requirements in a product backlog
• Product Ownership in an Agile environment, leading teams cross-functionally, including Engineering, to deliver and ensure efficiency, value and quality
• Evangelize product solutions both internally and externally, building business cases for product investment and utilization
• Developing training materials; training users
• Establish and manager critical day-to-day vendor relationships with technology partners
• Conduct research into current and emerging technologies and issues in support of business/e-commerce/operations efforts; translating these into product recommendations
• Tracking status, negotiating deadlines, proactively communicating and collaborating throughout product development from conception to realization

Who you are:

• You have 3+ years’ experience developing or managing high-tech products or projects; web applications, backend services, big data, digital marketing, with user-facing applications is strongly desired.
• You have worked with engineers and software design teams and are comfortable integrating business context with technical solutions.
• You are familiar with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, web servers, as well as design patterns, content management tools and other marketing tools.
• You have the ability to collaborate, negotiate and work effectively across cross-functional teams working under various managers with competing priorities.
• You take pride in your ability to facilitate collaboration-inducing, efficient meetings with actionable takeaways.
• You thrive when given high degree of freedom to independently drive solutions, utilizing your love of problem solving to create value for your clients.
• You have a curiosity for investigation and problem-solving, conducting research on competitive alternatives, strengths and weaknesses.
• You crave to develop a depth of knowledge in a specific technical field.
