Product Manager ACA & COBRA Solutions 

Position Summary:
The Product Manager ACA and COBRA Solutions will help expand bswifts next generation platform support for automation and continued simplification of Affordable Care Act benefit eligibility and reporting, COBRA administration solutions and integration with our ACA and COBRA partners. The product manager will find ways to ease administration for internal and external stakeholders while continuing to enhance aligned product features for both plan sponsors and their employees.

Fundamental Components:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
Build and manage a product roadmap that lays out your overall strategy, striking a balance between client requests, market demands, and your own creative ideas. 
Break down capabilities into user stories, prioritize them, and work closely with UX and development teams to make these stories come to life. 
Provide day-to-day management of a small cross-functional team of developers, QA resources and associate product managers. 
Clearly articulate product strategy to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including company leadership and client executives. 
Be a product advocate; promote your product to ensure clients are extracting value from what we are delivering. 
Develop and maintain quality assurance processes 
Assist Sales with customer presentations in your role as product expert.

Background/Experience:
5+ years of experience working in online product management; creating innovative, customer-facing features.
3+ years of Account Management experience. Solid T-SQL skills and familiarity with general database design concepts. Project Management experience. Experience with benefit administration systems and knowledge of ACA and COBRA is preferred.

Education:
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
