bswift, a leader in cloud-based technology and services for employee benefits and health exchanges, is currently seeking an experienced Product Manager of Web Services.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Help to build and manage a B2B2C product roadmap that communicates overall strategy, striking a balance between client customizations and market demands. 
• Work closely with UX and development teams to make product capabilities and user experiences come to life
• Write customer-focused product specs and success criteria for all deliveries. Oversee the product build. Assess your results. Fine-tune the product’s alignment with customer needs. Repeat.
• Add a “voice of the customer” perspective to the leadership you provide during day-to-day development.
• Clearly articulate product strategy to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist Sales with customer presentations in your role as “product expert.”
• Prioritize a backlog and lead your team toward delivering a higher quality product with every release.
• Engage consumers in the development cycle to better identify key in-market product issues and improve the product roadmap.

Qualifications required:

• + years of experience working in digital product management; creating innovative, customer-facing features, and monitoring and interpreting website performance analytics.
• A record of nimbly and comfortably balancing project uncertainties while swiftly responding to a rapidly evolving market and sales pipeline.
• The ability to keep multiple priorities on track in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment; instill a sense of urgency in your team; and quickly turn the roadmap into a high-value, finished product.
• Experience with the creation RESTful APIs
• Experience with SAML 2.0 and OAUTH 2
• Experience with XML, especially SOAP
• Knowledge of Certificates and Signing data packets
• Microsoft SQL Server

Preferred:

• Experience with commercial HRIS system design & architecture
• Experience in the health care and benefits admin industry
• HTML, XHTML and CSS
• Knowledge of publishing API specifications
