 Overview:

Rise Interactive is looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to lead the education and promotion of Rise’s service offerings and products among customers, prospects, partners, and employees.  The content you create will fuel Rise’s thought leadership, build the company’s credibility and drive demand for our services. We are looking for a candidate with strong written communication skills and an innovative approach to sales enablement and content creation across a variety of media.  The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for 1) researching, creating, writing, managing, and executing a strategy that grows our Media, Analytics, and Customer Experience practice and 2) develops communication around our proprietary technology.

Responsibilities:

As Rise Interactive’s Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates Rise’s services (across Media, Analytics, and Customer Experience) and proprietary technology
  • Developing messaging for product value proposition and delivering best-of-breed sales and marketing materials, including sales presentations, case studies, sell sheets, etc.
  • Being an expert on Rise’s offerings, as well as the competitive landscape
  • Creating go-to market plans for the launch of new products
  • Partnering closely with Sales and Product Management teams to drive sales growth and deliver against product roadmap
  • Translate technical product capabilities into value propositions written to pique interest across a variety of buyer personas and stages of the purchase lifecycle
  • Developing new, and updating existing content, creating  innovative ways to engage various audiences and deliver even greater value
  • Understanding personas of our target audience and aligning content to each point in the customer journey
  • Continuously monitoring, assessing, and reporting on internal and external business drivers, market trends, and competitive actions
  • Being a passionate and influential evangelist, internally and externally, for Rise’s products and services
  • Ensuring messaging is aligned to Rise’s vision and mission
  • Managing additional team members
  • Managing project plans, setting and achieving deadlines, within budget and scope
  • Engaging internal stakeholders to deliver against project milestones on time
Required Skills:

This role reports to the Director of Marketing Communications and includes working with individuals at all levels across the company and in the industry.

  • Must have at least 5 years experience in a marketing role, digital marketing experience preferred, preferably at least 2 years experience in B2B marketing
  • Excellent presentation skills to drive thought leadership with external and internal customers.
  • Critical thinker with a passion for writing
  • Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action
  • Adept at resolving issues amidst ambiguity and complexity.
  • Strong storytelling ability
  • Team player - willing to assist Marketing team when necessary
