We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a product marketing gunslinger to join our downtown Chicago team. In this highly visible and growth-oriented position, you will be responsible for kick-butt product launches and promotions surrounding the release of our suite of engagement and clinical solutions. This role will sit in marketing but work cross-functionally with the product and client experience teams and will receive exposure to leadership in all areas of the company.

You will leverage your industry and product subject matter expertise to ensure solutions are commercialized properly and with the greatest market impact while also being the key market intelligence resource for all teams regarding clients, use cases and competitors. - Lead cross-functional product launch planning: sales process, demand generation, content generation, promotion, sales enablement

- Develop buyer personas and collaborate with the product team to align product and portfolio level positioning and messaging with persona pain points

- Identify product feature, messaging, positioning and other opportunities to impact the sales win rate

- Execute on world class launches, including creating product brochures, battle cards, compile partner/pilot success stories, develop ROI tools, mobilizer decks, demo plan and demo script as well as collaborate on pricing, etc

- Partner with the direct and partner sales channels to analyze their needs and deliver supporting materials that optimize and advance the sales process

- Be “in the market” to understand the effectiveness of Caremerge’s product and go-to-market strategies: participate in sales calls, attend conferences, engage with industry thought leaders and analysts

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree

- Relevant experience in healthcare software (ideally a startup)

- Minimum of 3 years experience in product marketing with an emphasis on launching multiple products in a short timeframes. Bonus if you've launched clinical solutions before.

- Ability to lead and effectively communicate cross-departmental efforts

- Experience managing (and being managed) in a cross-functional environment

- Excellent and proven presentation and facilitation skills

- Proven track record of delivering results – show us a portfolio of products you’ve brought to market

- Superb verbal and written communication skills

- Sales experience a major, huge plus
