WHO ARE YOU

• 3+ yrs working gathering business requirements
• 5+ yrs in a technical field, in the area of IT/business process
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Agile/Scrum environment and tools such as JIRA
• Knowledge of business process and CRM
• Knowledge of datasets required for internal systems and controls
• Understanding of cradle to grave delivery process
• Understanding of UI/UX and end-user touch points as it applies to customer relationship
• Tableau or other visualization tools is preferred
