Provisioning Manager
A Trustwave Provisioning Manager is the direction leader for the team. They are the first line escalation point for provisioning installers and technicians who will aid in finding solutions to policy, procedure and technical issues. They implement the directions and initiatives developed by upper management and provide necessary input into the creation of those procedures. The provisioning manager has developed technical abilities and while they are not expected to be as proficient in the technical area as the technicians they are expected to be a point of escalation and an avenue of coordination for further assistance in times of trouble.
