kCura is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate succeeds in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and thrives on being the chief problem solver. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will create and optimize processes to help the sales organization run effectively and efficiently. A proven record within sales operations, sales planning, data management, and sales administrative support is required.

Responsibilities

  1. Administer Salesforce.com for the Sales team, including ongoing support requests and administrative needs of the Sales organization
  2. Hands on configuration of Salesforce.com including users, roles, security, profiles, workflows, data validations, etc.
  3. Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity
  4. Work and gather requirements from Sales/Sales Operations (and other teams across the org, such as Legal and Marketing), propose solutions that meet business needs, and deliver agreed upon solutions
  5. Become a senior SME on opportunity management and sales process, kCura business operations and software licensing
  6. Recommend best practices to business users and stakeholders
  7. Stay current on new features of applications to ensure Sales is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
  8. Participate in cross functional IT governance and change/release management processes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bacherlor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related area
  2. At least 5 years experience with Salesforce.com administration
  3. Experience with CPQ (Steelbrick), Sales Performance and Management (Xactly), and E-signature (Docusign) are a plus
  4. Salesforce.com Certified Administrator or equivalent experience; Sales Consultant certifications are a plus
  5. Experience working in an continuous integration environment is a plus
  6. Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  7. Strong organization and customer support skills
