Description and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer that can design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform. The Salesforce Developer will also be responsible for collaborating with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions. 

• Facilitate regular administrative and feature enhancements including but not limited to multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
• Create and maintain technical specifications pertaining to design, configuration and integration.
• Manage the testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments.
• Designs, develops and maintains Apex applications
• Log, solution and track defects and service interruptions through resolution.
• Create customized reports and dashboards using data from multiple systemic solutions.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com features and functionality providing recommendations to further process improvements.

Job Specifications and Competencies:

• 3 to 5+ years of professional experience administering/developing on the Force.com platform including Apex classes
• 5+ years of professional web development experience
• BS in an IT-related discipline such as Computer Science, web development or equivalent experience is required
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Proficient in web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is required
• Versed in development using Lightning App Builder and Lightning Components
• Java programming experience required
• Familiarity with SOAP and REST web services
• Experience with Agile development practices is required, familiarity with SCRUM and SAFe practices is preferred
• Knowledge of integrations with salesforce or other integration tools is a plus
• Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing several activities simultaneously
• Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines
• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Must have the ability to express design, technical knowledge, and processes in easy to understand formats
