We're looking for a SalesForce.com Administrator/Developer at our offices in Glenview, IL north of Chicago. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years SalesForce experience as a Developer and/or Administrator to bring their skills to help grow our team!

SalesForce is woven into our culture at SurePayroll - it's the backbone of our business. The Salesforce.com (CRM) Developer/Administrator is a valued team member of our Marketing Automation team and is responsible for managing our CRM system on a day-to-day basis. This role is 50% CRM administration and 50% CRM development.

You'll handle:

• CRM systems support
• mass data manipulation
• licensing functions
• monitoring end user usage
• other Salesforce daily administrative tasks
• develop, design and implement enhancements including:
  • creation of custom objects
  • Apex classes
  • Triggers
  • workflows
  • reports
  • 3^rd party API integrations

We're looking for someone comfortable playing the role of technical advisor formultiple teams such as sales and custmer service, who is curious to understand what our data is telling us. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, detail oriented and have excellent analytical thinking and reporting skills.

This role requires:

• 1-2 years Salesforce.com platform administration experience is required
• Salesforce Developer certifications are a plus (or we’ll help you get them)
• Information systems education background a plus
• Experience with Java Script, C++, C#, JQuery, Web Services, VisualForce, Apex controllers, triggers & batch jobs is a plus
• Experience using development tools such as Force.com IDE, Eclipse, Visual Studio, and the Salesforce Developer Console
• Experience with unit testing, deploying change sets from Salesforce sandbox environments, and familiar with common software development practices and methodologies
• Experience in promoting code from sandboxes to production environment, address related to functionality, integration etc.
• Microsoft Applications – Significant knowledge of Excel required, with experience using data tables, pivot tables, and formulas. Knowledge of Access a plus.
• Experience working with databases (data manipulation and cleaning).
• Experience with direct marketing, e-mail marketing and database marketing a plus.
